CHAPTER OFFICERS
DECA members are empowered through experience to provide effective leadership through goal setting, consensus building and project implementation. Your chapter officer team is the core group of DECA members that provides leadership to the entire DECA chapter. The DECA Leadership Team should have defined roles and responsibilities that support the chapter’s mission and goals.
DISTRICT OFFICERS
Texas DECA is split into 11 districts with up to three officers per district. These 33 leaders not only represent their own chapters, but they are the representative and voice for all chapters within their district. They are dedicated and prepared to help Texas DECA in developing and carrying forward Texas’ program of work for the year. These individuals are strong, motivated leaders and work to help the chapters in their district achieve their own success for the year!

The Texas DECA State Officer team serve as the student representatives for all 19,000+ of our members! As a state officer, they work to help develop strong and engaging program of work for the year. They help develop ideas, execute plans, and give student perspective throughout the term. These student have seen the impact that Texas DECA has on our members and are eager to give back. They see this as an opportunity to support their fellow members!
